- 'The Flavours of Memory' are back
at Rupestr. This is a gourmet food & wine evening programme with selected themes
promoted and organised over the years by the indefatigable Giorgio Cirio, president
of the Association 'Amici del caminetto' and Ambassador of local cuisine.

- IN SUMMER THE MENU WILL FOCUS ON A
LARGE ARRAY OF FRESH AND TASTY STARTERS FOLLOWED BY A FIRST COURSE AND DESSERT SELECTION.

at ore 20,30:
- 07 Sept Moscato Harvest Time: dinner at the farmhouse with Minestrone (the
world-famous Italian soup) and rustic cuisine.
- 14 Sept Moscato Harvest Time: tasty starters flavoured with aromatic herbs followed
by potato dumplings.
- 21 Sept End of Harvest Festival: fine roasted Piedmontese meat selection.
- 28 Sept The Noble Cuisine of Old Piedmont: lthe hen in the
starters, risotto, and broth jelly.
- 05 Oct. Piemdontese Grand Fried Dish with 16 types of meats and vegetables coated
in bread crumbs.
- 12 Oct Old cuisine from Alta Langa: traditional Puccia - Tartra- Robiola
Cheese from Roccaverano.
- 19 Oct. Polenta and its
relishes: a continuing tradition.
- 26 Oct The Truffle: king of the table, the autumn gem of Langa and Monferrato.
- 02 Nov. Chickpeas based dishes (Chiacchierini allIndomani) and
cheeses from Langa.
- 09 Nov. Gran Bagna Cauda with 14 types of vegetables
- 16 Nov. The Truffle: king of the table, the autumn gem of Langa and
Monferrato.
- 23 Nov. Piemdontese Grand Fried Dish with 16 types of meats and vegetables coated
in bread crumbs.
- 30 Nov.Piedmontese Bollito Misto with season vegetables .
- 07 Dic. Polenta and its relishes: a continuing tradition .
- 14 Dic. Gran Bagna Cauda with 14 types of vegetables: the most
convivial dish
- 25 Dic. The warm environment of the Rupestr Farmhouse to rediscover the feeling
and the flavours of tradition. A very special Christmas
